Shawn Miller
Chief Executive Officer
Shawn Miller is the Chief Executive Officer of Archwest Capital. He was previously a Managing Director at Redwood Trust and a founder of 5 Arch Funding Corp., where he served as CEO before its acquisition by Redwood Trust. Under his leadership, 5 Arch became a national originator of business purpose mortgage loans and a national asset management company. Prior to that, he founded and led Arch Bay Capital, LLC, and 3 Arch Financial Services. A seasoned legal professional, Shawn also co-founded the law firm Miller & Clark, LLP, specializing in bankruptcy, real estate, and corporate matters, and was a partner at a prominent Los Angeles-based bankruptcy firm.
Kieran Brady
Chief Financial Officer
Kieran Brady is the Chief Financial Officer of Archwest Capital, overseeing accounting, financial planning and reporting, tax, and capital oversight. He previously served as CFO at X1, Newport Group, and Earnest. With two decades of investment banking experience in New York, he was a Managing Director at Barclays Capital, leading consumer and commercial coverage in the debt capital markets. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Lehman Brothers in senior leadership roles, providing strategic advisory services.
Rankin Blair
Chief Operating Officer
Rankin Blair is the Chief Operating Officer of Archwest Capital. He oversees the company’s core operational functions, including Processing, Underwriting & Credit, Loan Administration, and Technology. Blair brings more than a decade of experience building and leading high-performing teams in business-purpose lending. Prior to joining Archwest, he spent 12 years at Lima One Capital, where he held senior leadership roles across operations and credit. Earlier in his career, he served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Captain.
Gene Clark
Chief Legal Officer
Gene Clark is the Chief Legal Officer of Archwest Capital. A founder of 5 Arch Funding Corp., he served as its Chief Legal Officer before its acquisition by Redwood Trust, where he became a Senior Vice President. Prior to that, he co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Arch Bay Capital, LLC, and was General Counsel for 3 Arch Financial Services. Earlier in his career, Gene practiced at a national law firm before co-founding Miller & Clark, LLP, a corporate, real estate, and bankruptcy law firm.
Timothy Gannaway
Chief Technology Officer
Timothy Gannaway is the Chief Technology Officer of Archwest Capital. He was previously a Senior Vice President at Redwood Trust and a founder of 5 Arch Funding Corp., where he served as Chief Analytics Officer. Before that, he held the same role at Arch Bay Capital, LLC, overseeing analytics, technology, and software development. With a background in financial technology, Tim also spent six years as Chief Information Officer at RSM EquiCo Investment Bank and a decade developing business systems for mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities at Bank of America, Bankers Trust, and Deutsche Bank.
Tricia Mitchell
General Counsel
Tricia Mitchell is the General Counsel of Archwest Capital. Previously, she was Vice President of Legal at 5 Arch Funding Corp. (acquired by Redwood Trust) and has been a key part of the Archwest leadership team since its inception in 2012. With nearly a decade of experience working alongside Archwest’s founders, Tricia has played a critical role in corporate structuring, complex real estate and finance transactions, capital markets, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
Henry Frome
Interim Chief Revenue Officer
Henry Frome is the Interim Chief Revenue Officer at Archwest Capital. Before joining Archwest, he was part of the Multifamily Equity team at Eastdil Secured, specializing in debt and equity structuring for commercial and residential transactions. He holds a degree in Economics and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College.
Tuan Pham
Chief Marketing Officer
Tuan Pham is the Chief Marketing Officer of Archwest Capital, responsible for branding, communications, and lead generation. With over 23 years of experience, he has led high-performing marketing teams across fintech startups, publicly traded REITs, and Fortune 500 real estate firms. His previous roles include CMO at Dunmor, Managing Director at Redwood Trust, and CMO at CoreVest, where he played a key role in driving the firm past $20 billion in funding. A thought leader in marketing strategy, Tuan has also served on advisory boards for customer experience programs at Rutgers University and the University of California, Irvine.
Dan Federico
Executive Vice President of Sales
Dan Federico is the Executive Vice President of Sales at Archwest Capital. He brings nearly a decade of experience in real estate finance and lending, with expertise across originations, sales operations, underwriting, and capital markets. Prior to joining Archwest, he served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Anchor Loans. He previously spent more than six years at CoreVest Finance, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President and Head of Sales Operations.
Kimberly DiFrancesco Correa
Senior Vice President, Construction
Kimberly DiFrancesco Correa is the Senior Vice President of Construction at Archwest Capital. Previously, she led the construction team at Genesis Capital, working closely with sponsors from acquisition through project completion. Known for her efficiency and commitment to service, she managed high monthly volumes while ensuring seamless communication. Prior to Genesis, she served as Assistant Controller for Strategic Acquisitions, overseeing fund portfolios and construction management across various projects.
Kathy Perez
Senior Vice President, Closing
Kathy Perez is the Senior Vice President of Closing at Archwest Capital, bringing more than six years of experience in building and leading closing teams for BPL lenders. Previously, she spent over a decade in escrow and title roles at First American and ServiceLink. Since joining Archwest in 2016, she has been instrumental in developing scalable and repeatable closing processes. Passionate about fostering a collaborative and positive company culture, Kathy has been recognized with the “Champion Award” and “Employee of the Year” honors.
Nick Lambert
Senior Vice President, Underwriting
Nick Lambert is the Senior Vice President of Underwriting at Archwest Capital. He brings more than 13 years of real estate experience spanning brokerage, acquisitions, construction, and credit. Prior to joining Archwest, he spent nearly five years at Genesis Capital, where he progressed from Construction Underwriting Analyst to Vice President of Underwriting. Earlier in his career, he served in the U.S. Army and is a decorated veteran, with honors including the Bronze Star, Army Commendation Medal, and Combat Action Badge.
