Archwest provides direct capital solutions throughout the development process, from ground-up to light/heavy rehab to stabilization, in addition to offering flexible permanent financing alternatives to agency commercial products. We provide commercial bridge loans and permanent loans ranging from $2 – $25M for multifamily and mixed-use properties. 

Multifamily Bridge Financing

Archwest’s Bridge Loans allow experienced commercial real estate investors to leverage their liquidity and experience with short-term capital necessary to seize multifamily and mixed-use project opportunities quickly and efficiently. 

Multifamily Permanent Financing

Archwest’s Permanent Financing provides long-term capital solutions that thoughtfully meet the needs of multifamily and mixed-use property owners. Our competitive terms are similar to, and in many ways more favorable than, governmental agency lending programs including flexible DSCR and occupancy requirements.
