Introduction and Overview

Archwest Capital, LLC (“Archwest, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a direct commercial real estate lending and investing company that, among other things, provides financing to experienced investors.  Archwest respects the privacy of others and continues to maintain policies and procedures aimed at protecting data privacy through our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with our services.
